Certified Welding
We have chosen to be ISO 3834-2 certified to guarantee a high standard of quality.

We use the following weld machines MIG/MAG ,TIG, electrode, submerged arc and a weld robot.
Welders qualifications according to NEN-EN-ISO 15614-1 en NEN-EN-ISO 15614-2 supervised by qualified IWT and VT-W2 personnel.
Weld processes 121, 131, 135, 136, 138, 141 according to NEN-EN-ISO 4063

Our welders are qualified according to EN ISO 9606-1 and for aluminum EN ISO 9606-2

- Steel welding including S690.

- Stainless steel and duplex steel.
​
- Aluminium welding for Offshore use.

Equipment and Facilities
Our welding equipment is calibrated and validated according to the EN 1090, ISO 3834-2, EN ISO 17662.
​
The welding wire is stored according to the manufacturers instructions.
​
We have two separate welding halls, a carbon steel hall which is 1260 square meters with two overhead travelling cranes each 10 tons.
​
A stainless steel hall which is 1200 square meters with two overhead travelling cranes, one 10 ton and one 5 ton.

We maintain 100% material trace-ability and supply a fabrication book with your product(s).

We have years experience with projects under supervision with DNV, Lloyd's, Bureau Veritas and ABS.
